Still, it was a delicious variation on the same theme. I couldn't help using Old Bay seasoning rather than the smoked paprika (you can take the boy out of Baltimore, but...) and green beans rather than asparagus simply because I had them on hand. The asparagus would have been even better, especially this time of year. This was amazingly rich (almost like a Thai curry) and light at the same time. I'll be making it again.
