Asian Marinade

This is my new favorite Asian marinade. I am having company over this weekend and we are having steak and chicken kabobs marinated in this recipe.

• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 2 tbsp vinegar
  
• 1/4 c soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire
  
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
