Whipped Cream

I just made a Kahlua Irish Coffee drink and realized I had no whipped cream on hand, so I decided to make some. This is really easy and so tasty!

Ingredients:

• 1 c heavy whipping cream
• 3 tbsp confectioners' sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract, eyeball it
  

Directions:

1. In a chilled mixing bowl and with chilled beaters, beat the cream until it starts to thicken.
   
2. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form.
