Cracked Pepper and Jack Chicken Sandwich

There are two other condiments I received from Barhyte Specialty Foods that I fell in love with: Saucy Mama Cracked Pepper Marinade and Saucy Mama Jalapeno Stuffed Olives! I couldn't resist putting these together in a sandwich. This will be one of the best sandwiches you will have ever eaten. The Cracked Pepper Marinade and Jalapeno Stuffed Olives are to die for! Ingredients:
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1/2 c Saucy Mama Cracked Pepper Marinade
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 Saucy Mama Jalapeno Stuffed Olives, cut into thin slices
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • Lettuce
  • Italian bread, cut into 1-inch slices
Directions:
  • Marinate the chicken in the Saucy Mama Cracked Pepper Marinade for at least a half hour.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, stirring frequently until fragrant. Add the chicken along with the marinade to the skillet. Cook and stir until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • Assemble the sandwich: Place the cooked chicken on top of the bread, top with red bell peppers and Saucy Mama Jalapeno Stuffed Olives, shredded Monterey Jack cheese and lettuce.
  • ENJOY!
