Ingredients:

- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 c butter or shortening
- 5-7 tbsp cold water
- Place four in a large bowl and cut the butter into the flour (or add shortening).
- Add salt and water.
- Mix until dough is formed
- Roll out on flat surface.
- Bake about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
