Honey Mustard Sauce

I've adapted this through trial and error to my taste. Add more honey for a sweeter dressing; add more Dijon for a spicier dressing; add more sour cream to neutralize if too sweet and spicy for your taste. I use this as both a dressing and marinade.


  • 1/4 c Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp steak sauce
  • 1 tbsp sour cream


  • Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well-blended.
  • Use as a marinade or dressing.
