Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c Italian style bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c fresh or 1/2 tbsp tbsp dried parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Hot dog or hoagie rolls
- Shredded Asiago cheese
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Warm tomato sauce in a medium pan on low heat.
- In the meantime, in a large bowl, mix together beef and egg until well-blended. Add in bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley and salt; mix well.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, stirring until it becomes fragrant.
- Form meatballs and drop into skillet, cooking on all sides until done; about 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
- Place cooked meatballs in sauce, simmer until ready to serve.
- Toast buns. Place meatballs in buns and top with Asiago and Parmesan cheese.
