Ingredients:
- 2 c spinach
- 1/2 c walnuts or pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 3 1/2 oz Asiago cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Place spinach, walnuts, garlic and cheese in food processor.
- Add olive oil while blending until mixture forms a loose paste.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add to warm pasta, cold pasta, chicken, etc.
