Fried Crispy Panko Chicken

My husband wanted some fried chicken for dinner tonight and I decided to make them with Panko bread crumbs that I picked up at the grocery store today. These are crispy and amazingly yummy!



  • Cut chicken into strips.
  • Combine Panko bread crumbs, sea salt, Italian seasoning and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Dip chicken strips in egg and then coat with bread crumb mixture.
  • Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add garlic, stirring until fragrant.
  • Add chicken strips and cook on both sides until golden brown and chicken is cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
