Chocolate-Covered Pear Slices

We have a few hours to ourselves tonight, so I decided to unwind a little and coat pear slices in milk chocolate and sprinkle them with salty toasted walnuts. A simple and delicious snack. This is my second "muy bien" rating in one day from my little food critic. That's quite the accomplishment!

  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • Milk chocolate candy coating, melted
  • Walnuts, salted and toasted
  • Coat each pear slice in the melted chocolate and set them on parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle walnuts over the chocolate.
  • Allow to sit and dry for at least 5 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
