We have a few hours to ourselves tonight, so I decided to unwind a little and coat pear slices in milk chocolate and sprinkle them with salty toasted walnuts. A simple and delicious snack. This is my second "muy bien" rating in one day from my little food critic. That's quite the accomplishment!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- Milk chocolate candy coating, melted
- Walnuts, salted and toasted
Directions:
- Coat each pear slice in the melted chocolate and set them on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle walnuts over the chocolate.
- Allow to sit and dry for at least 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
