Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c Panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tbsp sea salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 tbsp Italian seasoning - Click here for my homemade recipe
- Pepper, to taste
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Combine Panko bread crumbs, sea salt, Italian seasoning and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
- Dip chicken strips in egg and then coat with bread crumb mixture.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips and cook on both sides until golden brown and chicken is cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
