Ingredients:
- Flank steak
 - 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp onion salt
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 
- Dock the steak on both sides with a fork.
 - Combine the ingredients in a freezer bag and add the flank steak.
 - Marinate in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
 - Remove meat from fridge and allow to sit for at least 20 minutes to bring to room temperature.
 - Preheat grill to the hottest setting.
 - Grill the steak for 3 minutes on each side.
 - Allow the steak to sit for 5 minutes.
 - Cut against the grain.
 - Enjoy!
 

Wow, that's high praise from your husband! My husband is also an A-1 addict and he's never uttered those words, so I think it's time to try this recipe!
