Ingredients:
- Good quality mozzarella, cut into thin slices
- Ripe tomatoes, cut into thin slices
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Balsamic vinager, to taste
- Arrange the mozzarella and tomato together nicely on a plate.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle parsley over all.
- Simple enough.
