Ingredients:Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
- 1 butternut squash; peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch ground cloves
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with tin foil (for easy cleanup). Place cut butternut squash in the baking sheet.
- Pour melted butter over all. Season with the brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat evenly. Spread out the squash so it is in one layer.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until squash is tender.
- Enjoy!
