Ingredients:
Yields 1 serving

- 1 c pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 c carrot, chopped
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
Directions:
Add the pineapple, carrot, orange juice and ginger in a blender and process until smooth. Garnish with orange zest and pineapple.

I made it in the morning and it was super refreshing, especially with a piece of ginger and a pinch of turmeric, as you advised. Even my mood became brighter, as if spring in a glass. What's funny is that the recipe was accidentally recommended to me by a girl I met on a website I found on the forum at link go out on a senior date at NastyHookups.com (yes, but it doesn't always end with just flirting). She turned out to be a fan of a healthy lifestyle and healthy drinks, so she shared the link. Now this smoothie is my morning favorite, and we are already discussing which blends are suitable for a post-workout snack.
