Ingredients:
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1/2 c sweet pickle relish (I had none on hand, so I used 3 spears of kosher dill pickles, finely chopped)
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Viola!

Thousand Island Dressing
Because I only use Thousand Island Dressing in Reuben sandwiches, I make my own.
