Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c Italian bread crumbs, eyeball it
- 1/4 tsp onion salt
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, to taste
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine beef, egg, breadcrumb, onion salt, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Form into four large meatballs.
- Place on a rack over a tinfoil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, turning over halfway through.
- Turn the oven temperature up to broil and cook 5 minutes longer (to give it a nice crisp outside), or until meatballs are cooked through.
