Open-Faced Roast Beef and Horseradish Sandwich

Thursday nights, our daughter has piano lessons at 5:30. We had roast beef and brown gravy leftover in the refrigerator, so I decided to make open-faced sandwiches with it. I served this with french fries and green beans.



  • Thinly slice roast beef.
  • Mix the slices of roast beef with hot gravy in a skillet.
  • Place beef and gravy on top of toasted bread.
  • Drizzle horseradish sauce over.
