Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- In a large freezer bag or large bowl, mix together the Worcestershire, lime juice, olive oil, onion salt, garlic powder, pepper and optional pepper flakes.
- Marinate the steak for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- At least 20 minutes prior to cooking, remove steak from refrigerator and allow to set out to reach room temperature.
- Over high heat, grill steak from 3 to 5 minutes on both sides, to desired doneness.
- Allow steak to rest for about 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the juices to redistribute.
